The metaphors used in this book are all inclusive regardless of where you are or who you are in your business role; Whether you run a lemonade stand or are a CEO of a fortune 500 Company the message is clear and inspiring. One message for those that are struggling with how to lead...it is within all of us and Dr. Ray tasteful communicates that message.
Dr. Charles hooked my attention by metaphorically describing his life through the prism of the spiritual highway. He was able to successfully analyze the spiritual vulnerabilities of business leaders in a way that I had never seen before.
A wonderful read. While the reader can consume the material quickly, it's best digested slowly. The book speaks to where I am and hope to be. I have experienced great success in my professional life and the time is now to pivot to true self actualization....selfless community service. Dr. Ray provides a primer and some powerful points to ponder. The only thing more powerful than reading his words was hearing them. Now that I've read his words and had a chance to speak with him, I'm convinced that this read is definitely worth re-reading and recommending to others.
